Safety and security requires your cooperation. We ask that you work within your firm to create security awareness among the staff and your visitors and to communicate the concept that “an ounce of prevention” is in everyone’s best interest.
At all times and in all situations, Tenants should immediately complete the Incident Checklist provided in this handbook and advise the 250 W 57th Street Management Office at 212-697-0696 of any security incident or emergency situation within your offices or within the building.
